Please note due to the current situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic, C.R.E.S.S. has implemented the following:

Service Adjustments:

Please note there may be service delays as a result of low volume.   We highly recommend agents advise us of closing dates as soon as possible to ensure your post is removed appropriately.

Electronic Order /Accounting Desk:

Our electronic order and accounting desk will remain open Monday to Friday as we have switched to a “Work from Home” format.  We are only accepting electronic submissions at this time.  Our online order form can be found hereReminder:  Requests received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Contact:

Our drivers have been advised to have no contact with agents, or home owners.  Please advise your clients to remain in their homes while the installers are on site.

Materials:

We will continue to utilize contact-less pick up of signs and ryders from our main suppliers only.  Any other materials not in our storage must be left at the listing in an outside accessible location, or dropped off at our office in Port Perry where contact-less delivery has been arranged.  Please note there may be further delays in installations where materials need to be collected from our suppliers.
